Rozeboom, a member of Northwestern's athletic department staff since 2020, is assistant athletic performance coach. She oversees athletic performance training of football, men's and women's soccer, wrestling, men's and women's cross country, men's and women's tennis, and women's basketball. She also works closely with the NWC strength and conditioning students who gain experience working with Red Raider student-athletes. She graduated from Winona State University in 2018 with a degree in exercise science and a nutrition minor, and was a member of the Warriors volleyball team. In 2020, she earned an M.S. degree in education leadership and sports management from Winona State after serving as a strength and conditioning graduate assistant for the Warriors athletic department.
