Journal publishes article by Trapp

A creative nonfiction piece by Dr. Joonna Trapp, associate professor of English, has been published in the summer issue of The Journal of Expanded Perspective on Learning (JAEPL).

The piece, "The Importance of Being Ernie," tells of the impact she and a Northwestern student had on each other.

JAEPL is published by the Assembly for Expanded Perspectives on Learning, an organization open to radically different ways to look at teaching and learning, including spiritual. Next year Trapp will become editor of JAEPL. It is an awarding-winning "preferred journal" of the National Council of Teachers of English.
