Class of 2018 Outcomes Report
A report by Northwestern’s Compass Center for Career & Calling provides insights into the first jobs, grad schools and destinations of members of the Class of 2018.
Here are some key findings of the 2018 Outcomes Report:

98% of the class of 2018 are employed or in graduate school within six months of graduation.

17% are pursuing graduate school and/or continuing education.

Northwestern’s 2018 graduates are working in 22 states, Washington, D.C., and 9 countries around the world.
- Top industry choices for 2018 grads include education, business, healthcare, social services and accounting and financial services.
