First destination data shows that 100% of the class of 2025* were gainfully employed, continuing their education or engaged in service opportunities within six months of graduation. From landing jobs at some of the most sought-after companies to enrolling in the nation’s top graduate schools, it is clear that our graduates stand out.

* 226 bachelor's degree graduates; statistics based on a 100% response rate. Data was compiled by Northwestern’s Compass Center for Career & Calling using the First-Destination Survey of the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) and following NACE guidelines and protocols.

Top industry choices for 2025 grads include education, health care, business & finance, and human services.

Grad School Data

31 members of the class of 2025 are enrolled in graduate programs ranging from law and medicine to social work and business management.


 

Who Hired Them?

Northwestern’s 2025 graduates were hired by more than 155 different companies and organizations in positions that include accountant, data scientist, marketing associate, police officer, recruiting coordinator, software engineer, donor relations specialist, preschool teach and child protection worker. The average salary for graduates who are employed full time is $52,595. The maximum salary reported is $85,150.

 

Where They Landed

Members of the class of 2025 are now living and working in 23 states, Washington, D.C., and two other countries around the world.

Of those graduates who reported their geographical location, 56% are living and/or working in Iowa.
