Enrollment Counselor, PA Program
Northwestern College is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized enrollment counselor to provide support to prospective students interested in the physician assistant (PA) program. The primary function of this role is to assist students through the application and enrollment process and to oversee the admissions process for the PA program.
Some of the key responsibilities are:
- Lead admissions team and oversee admissions protocol
- Provide superior guidance and customer service to prospective and progressing students
- Oversee PA program application process
- Collaborate with the PA program director and the faculty admissions coordinator to develop enrollment strategies to guide recruitment and marketing efforts
- Counsel incoming students with program and institution onboarding requirements and documentation
- Register PA students for courses each term.
The ideal candidate will have strong organization and communication skills, will be self-motivated, have strong interpersonal skills and will be detail-oriented. An associate’s degree is required, a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
