Jazz Band concert

The Jazz Band will showcase a number of jazz standard classics, such as “I Got Rhythm” by George and Ira Gershwin; “Sophisticated Lady” by Duke Ellington, Irving Mills and Mitchell Parish; Gordon Goodwin’s “The Jazz Police”; and “On the Street Where You Live” from the Broadway musical “My Fair Lady.” Kevin Linder, Northwestern’s trumpet instructor, will be a featured soloist.
