Students in Northwestern's Restorative Justice class are staging an Honor Hall during National Crime Victims' Rights Week. Educational booths will be set up in the college's Rowenhorst Student Center, some of which will be staffed by students from 10 to 11 a.m. on Tuesday, April 9.
