Married and Engaged Student Retreat

The Married and Engaged Student Retreat is FREE and open to married and engaged students. We leave the RSC at 4:30 p.m., Friday, Feb. 16, and return to campus around 4:30 p.m., Saturday the 17th. The weekend topic is "Healthy Conflict: Key to Intimacy". The weekend is led by presenters Jackson & Krista Dunn. Jackson is the director of marriage and family formation at Focus on the Family (Colorado Springs, CO) where he directs programs, strategies and initiatives of the marriage division. About four weeks after the retreat, we will host a follow-up event for couples who attended the retreat. This is called the GREAT DATE NIGHT and will be a time to have fun and fellowship together as well as talk about what you learned and how you can grow in your relationship as a married/engaged couple. Okoboji Lutheran Bible Camp is a place off campus where we will enjoy a very nice dinner (free of course) and the couples will be presented with a gift card.
