Marque Jensen

Marque is an ordained pastor, licensed with the Evangelical Covenant Church, and a high school social studies teacher. He has worked in community based non-profits including the Sanctuary CDC and the Minnesota Immigrant Freedom Network. He presently is the Jr. Associate of Minne-Mex Construction LLC and an adjunct professor at Bethel University. He has a Masters of Arts in Education from the University of St. Thomas. Marque frequently is a guest lecturer and seminar leader on the topics of race, history, conflict and inter-cultural unity.

Marque and his wife have three adult, married children and have lived the past 28 years in Minneapolis. However, he and his wife were both born and raised in rural communities where their families still live. Marque brings a unique blend of urban, multi-cultural awareness mixed with rural Iowa roots.
