NWC to offer seamless RN-BSN credit transfer with Iowa Western
Northwestern has signed an articulation agreement with Iowa Western Community College that will allow students with an associate’s degree to complete their BSN online at NWC.

Northwestern College’s online Master of Education degree program has been named among the nation’s Top Low-Cost Online Master’s Programs by BestMastersDegrees.com.

Northwestern College has recorded its highest enrollment in nine years, with 1,260 students enrolled, an increase of 50 from last fall.

Dr. Sara Waring-Tiedeman is the new Master of Education program director for Northwestern College’s Graduate School & Adult Learning.

Northwestern online student awarded leadership scholarship
Northwestern online graduate student Amanda Winslow has been awarded a 2016 Leadership Fellowship Scholarship from the Iowa Association for the Education of Young Children.

Northwestern College’s online Master of Education degree program is ranked among the nation’s most affordable by AffordableSchools.net.

The second annual Northwestern Leadership Series professional development conference will be held June 9 and 10.

Dr. Michael Kensak, English and German professor at Northwestern, has recently completed an Advanced Certificate in Online Teaching from the Online Learning Consortium.

Northwestern College is one of 21 institutions selected to participate in the Council of Independent Colleges Consortium for Online Humanities Instruction II.
