Rachel Zeutenhorst has served as an instructional strategist and resource teacher for over ten years. She is passionate about educating and celebrating all types of learners. She enjoys empowering and collaborating with her colleagues, students, and student parents to help students achieve their potential through classroom interventions. As an instructional strategist, she coordinated with general education teachers and paraprofessionals to improve instruction and create an inclusive learning environment for all students. She also developed and implemented a Multi-Tiered Support System (MTSS) for qualifying students.

Rachel earned a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Dordt College and a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education with Instructional Strategist and Reading Endorsements from Northwestern College.
