Profile

Kevin Linder is the assistant band director for the MOC-Floyd Valley School School District in Orange City. He has been a public school band director for 28 years, teaching in Sioux City, Eagle Grove, and Anthon, Iowa. He also has an active trumpet-playing career, working with groups that include The Magnificent Board of Directors rock-and-roll band, the Reggie Schive Big Band, the Dick Bauman Big Band, the Sioux Falls Big Band, the Sioux City Rockestra, the South Dakota Jazz Orchestra, and Prairie Cats, a jump/swing band. He has performed with such notables as Frankie Valli, Kenny Rogers, the Temptations and Little Anthony.
