Northwestern art students say the people, landscape and dramatic weather of the rural Midwest offer plenty of inspiration. And if you want a change? Color outside the lines in one of a number of study abroad opportunities. Northwestern offers semester-long programs in Oman and Romania and summer courses in a variety of disciplines and countries.

Australia Studies Centre

The Council for Christian Colleges & Universities (CCCU) offers 7 study abroad programs, including the Australia Studies Centre. Participants live in Sydney and take courses in the fine arts, including design.
