Iowa Private College Week set for Aug. 4-8

Northwestern College invites prospective students and their parents to visit campus during Iowa Private College Week (IPCW), Aug. 4-8. Designed to help families jump-start their college search process, IPCW is now in its 10th year at the 29 institutions that are members of the Iowa Association of Independent Colleges and Universities.

At Northwestern, tours and information sessions will be available each day of Iowa Private College Week at 9 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Visitors can meet with current Northwestern students as well as faculty and staff to get answers to their questions about college life. All who visit Northwestern that week will have their application fees waived—and get a free T-shirt.

Students visiting campuses during the week will receive an IPCW passport, which will be stamped at each campus that is visited. If the passport is stamped at three or more campuses (maximum of two campuses per day), all participating Iowa colleges and universities will waive their application fee.

To schedule a visit during Iowa Private College Week, register online at www.nwciowa.edu/ipcw, call 1-800-747-4757 or e-mail admissions@nwciowa.edu.
