Northwestern College students will present their annual dance concert, RUSH, in the DeWitt Theatre Arts Center during six performances in March. Shows are scheduled for Thursday and Friday, March 24 and 25, at 7 and 9:30 p.m., and Saturday, March 26, at 4 and 7 p.m.

Northwestern College will send 11 teams of students led by faculty and staff advisers on service trips to eight states, Puerto Rico and Mexico during spring break. More than 170 participants will travel for this year’s annual Spring Service Partnerships, scheduled for March 5–14.

Northwestern College’s 2021 graduates have achieved a 99% placement rate, with 84% employed and 15% in grad school within six months of graduation.

Northwestern College will hold its fifth annual Day of Giving on Thursday, Feb. 17. Titled AllNDay, the event is designed to encourage alumni and friends of the college to be “all in” with their support for Northwestern. The event will include an “Eras of Excellence” competition, lunch-hour challenge, and first-time donor drawing.

Two Northwestern College theatre students received national recognition at the Region Five Kennedy Center College Theatre Festival (KCACTF), which was held virtually Jan. 16–22.

Northwestern College congratulates 428 students who earned a spot on the Academic Dean’s List for the fall 2021 semester.

Northwestern College has set a spring enrollment record with 1,525 students. This year’s number is up from 1,482 last spring.

The Northwestern College Symphonic Band will perform a concert Friday, Feb. 11, at 7:30 p.m. in Christ Chapel. The concert is free and open to the public. The concert’s theme—“The Water of Life”—is based upon Jesus’ words to the Samaritan woman in John 4:13-14.

Northwestern College’s Master of Education program is ranked 69th out of more than 350 schools in U.S. News & World Report’s 2022 Best Online Master’s in Education Programs ranking.

Northwestern College has announced the hiring of Gary Richardson as dean of the Graduate School & Adult Learning (GSAL) division. Richardson will lead the division’s staff and faculty in the continued growth of GSAL programs, seeking to meet the needs of adult learners in both face-to-face and online environments.
