Christmas Vespers to air on KWIT

A recording of Northwestern College’s 2012 Christmas Vespers service will be aired three times this holiday season on public radio station KWIT, FM 90.3 in Sioux City, Iowa. The service, which featured numerous Northwestern music ensembles, will air at 3 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 18; at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 19; and again at 2 p.m. on Christmas Day.

Christmas Vespers had a theme of “Nine Lessons and Carols,” tying the story of Christ’s birth into the broader biblical narrative of humanity’s fall and God’s redemption. It was presented in Christ Chapel on Dec. 1 and 2.
