Dr. Laird Edman, associate professor of psychology at Northwestern College, and 2008 psychology graduate Emily Meyerink Griese gave a presentation at the Association for Psychological Science's annual meeting in Chicago May 22-25.
The two presented a poster entitled “Epistemology and Religiosity as Predictors of Moral Reasoning.” The research came out of work Griese did as part of her senior thesis. The paper from this thesis was awarded “Best Paper” at the Siouxland Social Science Conference in April.
