Cindy Jacob

Cindy supports the work of the vice president for academic affairs and other academic leaders. She also manages both the faculty review process and student course evaluations.

Cindy received her bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management. Previously, she worked as an office manager in a variety of settings, including a manufacturing company where she oversaw the successful implementation of their ISO 9001 quality assurance program. In her nine years as the office manager of a church, she was responsible for all HR, payroll, accounting, database management, event, and reception responsibilities.
