Jaclyn Freese began teaching in Northwestern's physician assistant program as an adjunct faculty member in 2020. Freese joined the department full-time as a professor of practice in 2022.

A Northwestern College graduate, she holds an additional bachelor's degree from the University of South Dakota in physician assistant studies as well as a master's degree from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in physician assistant studies. She brings to Northwestern's program over 20 years of experience as a PA, having worked in orthopedics, family practice, emergency, and acute care.
