John Menning Learning Disability Service Provider
A member of the academic support office, John Menning serves Northwestern students who have documented disabilities, helping provide them with accommodations and access to the college's educational programs, activities and facilities. He worked as a special education teacher for 32 years and has taught at the college level as an adjunct professor. He also served on a parent/educator state committee to better facilitate communication and relationships between educators and parents of special needs children. Menning is a graduate of Grand Canyon University and earned a master's degree in special education from Augustana College in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
