Bartlett speaks at conference on sport and religion

Dr. Paul Bartlett, professor of kinesiology and head wrestling coach at Northwestern College, presented a paper at the second international conference on Sport and Religion: An Inquiry Into Cultural Values, which was held at St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minn., Oct. 28–29.

Bartlett presented “Two Sides of a Coin: Applying the Ethics of Play and Work Theologies to Organized Sport Participation.”

A member of Northwestern’s faculty since 1984, Dr. Bartlett earned master’s and doctoral degrees in physical education from Drake University and the University of Arkansas, respectively.
