MyNWC is a Web-based system that allows you to access information about your financial aid, housing assignment, billing status, course schedule and academic records. You can also:

  • Review and update your personal profile
  • Register for classes
  • Choose your meal plan
  • Register your vehicle
  • Report your immunizations
  • Provide your emergency contact information
  • Use our automated degree audit to track your progress toward graduation

MyNWC is accessible at by entering your username and password. Your username will be listed on your financial aid notification. Your password is your Northwestern ID number.

Once you are logged onto MyNWC, you should change your password. Treat your password as you would an ATM pin number. Don’t give the information to anyone else. Also, once you’re finished using MyNWC, exit the browser so no one else can access your records.
