Wellness Center appointments
Students who want to make an appointment with the nurse practitioner or with a therapist should e-mail wellness@nwciowa.edu, call 707-7321, or stop in the office between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Kim Wright, Wellness Center office manager, will answer your e-mail or take your call and schedule an appointment. If Kim is unavailable, please leave a message, and a member of the Wellness Center staff will return your call as soon as possible.
Students, faculty and staff who have concerns about a student can call to consult with a therapist.
For emergencies outside Wellness Center hours:
- Health emergencies: Call the Orange City Area Health System at 737-4984 or call (9-)911.
- Counseling-related emergencies: Contact your RD or the on-duty RD.
