 Dr. Carlson oversees Northwestern’s semester study abroad and off-campus programs. He co-led one of NWC’s early summer study abroad programs to Mexico City for a month in 1999. Other international experiences include short-term missionary work in the Dominican Republic and Mexico, and travel to Guatemala, India and Costa Rica.
Dr. Carlson currently serves on Northwestern’s Risk Assessment Team and Multi-Ethnic Resource Team. He is also a professor in the history department, where he teaches half time.
