Eric Anderson was the resident director in Northwestern’s West Hall before becoming associate dean of residence life. He oversees student housing and residence life, including supervising 7 resident directors and 37 resident assistants. In addition to facilitating a highly effective and tightly bonded residence life staff, Anderson also helped establish Project Serve, which encourages members of residence hall or apartment wings, floors or entire complexes to engage in local community service. He also participates regularly in the college’s annual Spring Service Project trips and has taken students on Boundary Waters canoe trips and “Winter Wonders” snow camping trips. Anderson also is responsible for campus discipline policies and procedures.
Anderson has a bachelor’s degree in business and math systems from Taylor University, Indiana. He also has an M.B.A. in finance from Ball State University, Indiana. His professional memberships include the Association of Christians in Student Development.
