Resident directors
Each campus residence has a professional resident director (RD) who is assisted by a staff of student resident assistants (RAs) living on every wing or floor.

Northwestern’s residence life program—which serves as a model for other Christian colleges—is focused on relationships. In addition to helping you adjust and get along, your RD and RA will help make sure your residence life experience is one of the most memorable things about your years at Northwestern.
