Degree audit review
Spring/summer 2008 graduates
Degree audit review letter:
Once your graduation application form is on file in the registrar's office you, as well as your academic advisor, will receive an electronic copy of your degree audit review letter (within 5-7 days) indicating your position to complete ALL degree requirements by May or August of 2008. Review this degree audit review letter carefully and keep it for your records. If you or your academic advisor have any questions regarding your degree audit review letter, please stop by the registrar's office to set up a time to discuss your degree requirements. If the registrar has any questions for you, it will be noted on your degree audit review letter what you need to do.
Minimum Degree Requirements:
The Registrar will check for the following on your academic record to make sure that ALL graduation requirements will be met by May/August 2008:
- Completion of a minimum of 124 credit hours
- Completion of all general education requirements
- Completion of at least one academic major
- A 2.00 cumulative and major gpa
NOTE: Students whose major(s) requirements include proficiency tests/exams must have them on file in the registrar's office prior to the beginning of the Spring 2008 term. (i.e., piano proficiency, physical fitness competency, first aid competency, etc.) If you intend to use course substitutions for meeting any degree requirement, please have the course substitution form on file in the registrar's office as soon as possible.
