Tenth Ave North concert to change venue

The location for the Tenth Avenue North and Phil Wickham concert at Northwestern College on Sunday, October 26, has been changed to the DeWitt Physical Fitness Center due to strong demand for tickets. The concert begins at 7 p.m.

General admission tickets are $20 and can be purchased at www.ticketfly.com and in Northwestern’s student life office in the Ramaker Center. A $35 dollar deluxe ticket offers purchasers early access, a Q/A session with Tenth Avenue North, and an exclusive tour poster.

The From Islands to Cathedrals Tour is in support of Tenth Avenue North’s fourth album, “Cathedrals,” which will be released in November. The recording is a collection of songs that inspire community, encourage accountability and celebrate the fact that we are not alone. The album’s lead single, “No Man is an Island,” is ranked fifth on the latest Billboard Christian Hot AC/CHR chart and sixth at www.TopChristianHits.org.

The Dove Award-winning band hit the national scene in 2008. Since that time, Tenth Avenue North has produced numerous hits, including “Love is Here,” “By Your Side,” “Hold My Heart,” “Healing Begins,” “You Are More,” “Strong Enough to Save,” “Losing” and “Worn.”

Popular praise songwriter/singer Phil Wickham will open the concert. He is known for such songs as “This is Amazing Grace,” “Safe,” “At Your Name” and “Divine Romance.”
