Profile

Charles Dibley served 30 years as the instrumental music director in the Rock Valley, Iowa, Community School District. Now semi-retired and living in Vermillion, South Dakota, he performs as tubist with the Sioux City Symphony and directs the All-America Concert Band, a volunteer community band in Sioux City that draws members from the tri-state region. He graduated magna cum laude from Bemidji State University with a bachelor’s degree in music.
