Doug Beukelman
Vice President for Financial Affairs


As Northwestern’s vice president for financial affairs, Doug Beukelman oversees Northwestern’s business office, including managing the college’s endowment. He is also responsible for the college’s human resources office, maintenance and housekeeping services, campus communications, the bookstore and the post office. He has project-managed the construction of the DeWitt Learning Commons, Korver Visual Arts Center, DeWitt Theatre Arts Center and two student apartment buildings, as well as the renovation of the Ramaker Center.

Beukelman has a B.A. in accounting from the University of Northern Iowa and earned his C.P.A. in 1977. The former president of Demco Manufacturing in Boyden, Iowa, he is a member of the National Association of College and University Business Officers and the Association of Business Administrators of Christian Colleges.
