Korver earned a master’s degree in education from Cal State-Fullerton and teaches Concepts of Physical Fitness, coaching and activity courses. A 1992 Northwestern graduate and former Raider basketball player, Korver was named the NAIA Div. II Coach of the Year in 2001 after he led his team to the national title in his first season at the helm. Korver’s teams have appeared in the national tournament every year, winning the championship in 2003 as well.
