Achterhoff, a 1990 Northwestern College graduate, received a master’s degree in exercise science from Northwest Missouri State University. He teaches Concepts of Physical Fitness and also serves as the football team’s offensive coordinator. As a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, Achterhoff oversees the strength programs of all Raider athletes.
