Ashley Stanislov ’06 teaches American history and government at Western Christian High School in Hull, Iowa.

Brent Town ’06 teaches middle school geography in Orange City.

Scott Ewen ’05 teaches English in the Japanese public school system.

Clarissa Janssen ’05 is the supervisor/historical interpreter at the Tangen Home at Living History Farms in Urbandale, Iowa.

Ben Hummel ’04 is working on a Master of Arts in Teaching degree at Chicago’s National Louis University in preparation for becoming a high school history teacher.

Laura Keith ’04 is a defense and national security research assistant with The Heritage Foundation in Washington, D.C.

Jill Lowman ’04 is teaching Texas history to 7th graders at Sairway Middle School in Killeen, Texas.

Joel Vander Wal ’04 is in the Master of Divinity program at Western Theological Seminary in Holland, Mich., and is serving as the middle school youth director at Community Reformed Church in Zeeland.

Melissa Slaton ’03 earned a master's degree in textile history from the University of Nebraska. Currently she is working at the university's International Quilt Studies Center.

Sarah Nytroe ’02 is a graduate student at Boston College, where she is working on a Ph.D. in history.

Cam Smith ’02 is teaching history and serving as the head football coach at Garner-Hayfield High School in Garner, Iowa.

Amber Davis ’01 manages a staff of 20 as the records supervisor for one of the top five law firms in Chicago.

Christina Sweet ’01 earned a master’s degree in museum science at Texas Tech University and now serves as curator of Kam Wah Chung and Co. Museum in John Day, Ore.
