A Northwestern College graduate, Jennie Smith was hired as NWC’s annual fund director in 1998. As director of the Northwestern Fund, Smith oversees the fundraising effort for the operational budget. She also directs the Business/Industry/Professional Drive, leads the college’s gifting clubs, and manages the phonathon.

As a member of the advancement staff, Smith assisted with fundraising efforts for the DeWitt Theatre Arts Center, the Korver Visual Arts Center and the Korver Field project. She also served on a capital campaign for her church. She serves on the Orange City Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and is a member of the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE).
