La Casa de Español

La Casa de Español (Spanish House) is family-style residence life that includes 5 to 10 advanced Spanish-speaking students who live together and speak only Spanish when at home. In addition, they commit to interacting with and serving the local Hispanic community through teaching English as a second language and tutoring Hispanic children in other subjects. They may also attend a Spanish-speaking church, Amistad Cristiana, in nearby Sioux Center, Iowa, and help host Spanish chapel services on campus.
