Mathematics Department Scholarship
This scholarship was established by members of the mathematics department to promote excellence in mathematics at Northwestern College. It is awarded to an incoming freshman with intent to pursue a mathematics, mathematics teaching or actuarial science major at Northwestern College. Awards are merit-based and require full-time status and a 3.25 cumulative GPA and a 3.5 GPA in the major. The scholarship is renewable for an additional three years.

The deadline for applying for this scholarship for the 2008-09 academic year has passed. The downloadable application/instructions are available for informational purposes only. Please check this webpage again in November of 2008, when Northwestern will open the scholarship application process for the 2009-10 academic year.
