Merlyn De Vries Accounting Scholarship
Merlyn ’68 and Dr. Beverly (Gaalswyk ’68) De Vries established this scholarship in recognition of Merlyn becoming a Certified Public Accountant after his education at Northwestern College. The scholarship also recognizes his love and appreciation for the college and possession of a keen conviction for integrity and high achievement in the business world. It is available to accounting majors entering their junior or senior year. The recipient must profess a personal faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.3 or better. Preference is given to applicants with financial need.

The deadline for applying for this scholarship for the 2008-09 academic year has passed. The downloadable application/instructions are available for informational purposes only. Please check this webpage again in November of 2008, when Northwestern will open the scholarship application process for the 2009-10 academic year.
