Scholarships and awards
National Merit Scholarships
Students enrolling in Northwestern College who are National Merit Finalists are awarded an honor scholarship of $12,500. The scholarship is renewable for up to four years, provided the student achieves a 2.75 cumulative GPA after his or her first year and a 3.0 cumulative GPA thereafter. The award requires notification from the National Merit Scholarship program.
 How to apply
No application is required for this scholarship. Awarding of the scholarship requires notification from the National Merit Scholarship program and subsequent enrollment at Northwestern College.
