Barry Boersma Endowed Scholarship
This scholarship was established in memory of Barry Boersma by his family. One scholarship will be given annually to a junior or senior who demonstrates a vibrant Christian faith by involvement in worship, service work, or ministry on campus, in the community or church. The recipient must maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher and demonstrate financial need. Career plans must include full-time ministry in an evangelical Christian church. Such ministry could include serving as a pastor, leading worship, providing counseling, or working in youth ministry, Christian education or children's ministry. First preference will be given to those intending to serve an RCA ministry.

- Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher

The deadline for applying for this scholarship for the 2008-09 academic year has passed. The downloadable application/instructions are available for informational purposes only. Please check this webpage again in November of 2008, when Northwestern will open the scholarship application process for the 2009-10 academic year.
