Scholarships and awards
Joel L. De Kam Scholarship
The family of Joel L. De Kam ’91 established this scholarship in Joel’s memory in recognition of his deep love and appreciation for Northwestern College. Two scholarship awards are given to juniors or seniors who demonstrate potential, aspiration and the desire to be successful in a business career. Economics majors will be given first preference. Students majoring in business administration will be given second preference. The recipient must display evidence of a personal faith in Jesus Christ and have a GPA between 2.0 and 3.0.

The deadline for applying for this scholarship for the 2008-09 academic year has passed. The downloadable application/instructions are available for informational purposes only. Please check this webpage again in November of 2008, when Northwestern will open the scholarship application process for the 2009-10 academic year.
