Scholarships and awards
G. Henry Veldhuis Christian Scholar Science Award
This scholarship was established in memory of Dr. G. Henry Veldhuis ’59 and ’61 by his family, former students and friends in recognition of Dr. Veldhuis’s commitment to high standards and of the strong Christian encouragement he communicated to his students. One or more scholarship awards are given to students who demonstrate strong evidence of Christian faith and character. Preference is given to upperclassmen majoring in chemistry with plans to attend graduate school and/or enter the field of teaching. Other science students are eligible.

Please check this webpage again in November of 2008, when Northwestern will open the scholarship application process for the 2009-10 academic year.
