Scholarships and awards
Vander Werff International Mission Scholarship
This scholarship was established by Lyle ’54 and Phyllis Vander Werff to assist international students at Northwestern College. The award is for an international student with a personal commitment to Christ who is preparing for Christian evangelism, Christian education, pastoral work or some other form of ministry. A minimum GPA of 3.0 is preferred, but where English is the second language, a GPA of 2.5 is acceptable.

The deadline for applying for this scholarship for the 2008-09 academic year has passed. The downloadable application/instructions are available for informational purposes only. Please check this webpage again in November of 2008, when Northwestern will open the scholarship application process for the 2009-10 academic year.
