Lolita K. Smith Elementary Teaching Scholarship
This scholarship was established by the family of Lolita K. Smith ’66 in her memory as a tribute to her lifelong commitment to elementary teaching. It is given to a student who has a strong commitment to elementary education and has the potential to be an outstanding classroom teacher. Recipients must show evidence of a personal faith in Jesus Christ. Financial need will be considered but is not a requirement for this scholarship.

The deadline for applying for this scholarship for the 2008-09 academic year has passed. The downloadable application/instructions are available for informational purposes only. Please check this webpage again in November of 2008, when Northwestern will open the scholarship application process for the 2009-10 academic year.
