Vandermeulen on sabbatical

Dr. Carl Vandermeulen, professor of English and communication studies, is on sabbatical for the 2004–05 academic year. He is working on a book or set of articles with a working title of Negotiating the Personal in the Creative Writing Workshop. He also will live in South Africa for several months to study the rhetoric of reconciliation.
