Kristi Galloway ’09 is a creative services writer for Ruffalo Cody in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

Kiley Seligman ’09 is a reporter for Iowa Information Publications in Sheldon.

Kelsey Irwin ’08 teaches 8th grade language arts and journalism at South Oldham Middle School in Crestwood, Kentucky.

Laura Jacobson ’08 is a law student at College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia, where she's on staff of the law review.

Rebekah Moffett ’08 is a document analyst for the Graves, Bartle & Marcus law firm in Kansas City, Missouri.

Katie Van Etten ’08 is an AmeriCorps VISTA member for the Washington Reading Corps in Seattle.

Josiah Nelson ’07 is pursuing an M.F.A. degree in screenwriting at Pepperdine University in Malibu, California.

Aleisa Schat ’07 and David Elder ’05 are writing & rhetoric graduate students at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas. Both hold one of the program’s prestigious Radford Fellowships. Another recent Radford Fellowship recipient, Sarah Yoder ’02, earned her Ph.D. with honors from Texas Christian in 2008. She now teaches English at Westmont College in California.

Kayli King ’06 is pursuing a Master of Divinity degree at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Kansas City, Missouri.

Amy Commers ’06 earned a master's degree in library science at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and works as a youth services librarian at the Ames (Iowa) Public Library.

Ariel Emery ’05, Northfield, Minn., won the 2006 Outstanding Young Journalist award from the South Dakota Newspaper Association for her writing and photography for two South Dakota newspapers. Currently she works for the Northfield News.

Rachel Kramer ’05 enrolled in a master's in school counseling program at the University of Iowa after teaching junior high language arts in Ripon, California for four years.

Doug Van Zanten ’05 earned a law degree from the University of Iowa and is an associate attorney with Warner Norcross & Judd in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Jaylene DeVos ’04 teaches high school English in the Cherokee, Iowa, public school system. She also coaches speech and cross crountry.

Nick Driscoll ’04 is a teaching English at Baiko Gakuin school in Shimonoseki, Japan.

Jeannine Bryant ’04 earned a master's degree in English-Great Plains studies from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She now works as associate director of student involvement at Nebraska Wesleyan University.

Sara Brands ’03, Eagan, Minn., is a technical writer/editor in the codes content department for Thomson West, a publisher of legal documents, new laws and pending legislation. She also is certified by the Minnesota Literacy Council and assists in teaching weekly adult education citizenship classes.

Joel Anderson ’02 earned an M.A. in American studies from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst. He's currently enrolled in their M.F.A. program.
