Northwestern College invites applications for a tenure-track position in business, beginning August 2008.

Responsibilities 
Teaching assignments will be flexible but concentrated in management and/or marketing. Other responsibilities will include student advising and recruiting, scholarship, and committee and departmental tasks.

Qualifications
We seek candidates with the promise of excellence in teaching who are also able to conduct scholarly research.  A Ph.D. degree or ABD in business is preferred, but a master's would be considered; business and college teaching experience is desirable.

We seek faculty with an authentic Christian faith who are supportive of the Reformed and evangelical identity of the college and are committed to the ideals of Christian liberal arts education. Northwestern College is affiliated with the Reformed Church in America. 

Department
The business/accounting/economics department has 6 full-time faculty and approximately 225 student majors. The department offers majors in accounting, business administration, business education and economics.
