Profile

Though retired from full-time teaching after more than three decades as an education professor at Northwestern , Dr. Juffer continues to serve the education department through his involvement in the placement of student teachers, advising of some of the college's education majors, and role as the licensure official. Prior to joining the NWC faculty, he spent six years as a social studies teacher at the Sioux Center Community High School in Sioux Center, Iowa. He has also served as a State of Iowa Accreditation Team member.
