Profile
Kara Verschuure is a specialist in reading, having earned a master's degree in leadership in reading from the University of Sioux Falls, as well as reading recovery training and certification from the University of South Dakota. Teaching experience includes service as a grade school teacher, special education teacher, and reading teacher at school districts in two states. She also taught a course in the diagnosis and remediation of language/reading difficulties for Dordt College in Sioux Center, Iowa.
