Please be in the music wing hallway of the Chapel/Performing Arts Center between 7:30 and 7:45 pm (Note: Caps and gowns are NOT worn for Baccalaureate. It is a worship service, and students may dress for casual worship.)

  4. Breakfast for graduates and guests is Saturday, May 10, 7:30 to 9:00 a.m. in the DeWitt Center Cafeteria. RSVPs are required by Monday, May 5, and may be submitted online (soon to come).

  9. Please be reminded that diplomas, transcripts and tuition deposits will be withheld from students whose accounts are not paid and from students who have not completed their loan exit interview.

  10. Graduating Honors for Bachelor of Arts degree: Honor designations for the commencement program will be based on course work through 1st half of 2nd semester as final 2nd semester grades will not be finalized at the time of graduation (cum laude - 3.50 to 3.69; magna cum laude - 3.70 to 3.89; summa cum laude - 3.90 or above). Should the designation change after all 2nd half semester grades are posted, your transcript will reflect the appropriate designation, and you will be notified. (Students must have a minimum of 62 Northwestern credits to be considered for an honor designation.)

  11. Mailbox keys must be returned to the RSC Mail Room by Wednesday, May 7. When you return the key, you will still be able to pick up your mail by checking at the RSC mailroom window.
