Career Development Center

Northwestern College’s Career Development Center provides students with the resources and assistance they need to discover their place in the world. At Northwestern, we see vocation as more than an occupation; it’s a calling that impacts all of life—from the choice of a career to one’s role in a family to areas for ministry and service.

That’s why we do more than connect students with employers. Our trained staff is available to help students discover their interests and abilities, explore majors and careers, prepare for graduate school, and gain experience through internships and study abroad opportunities. We’re also available to help with the job search process, from developing a resumé and cover letter to preparing for an interview.

On average, 93 percent of Northwestern students find employment or are in graduate school within six months of graduation. For specific examples of what our graduates are doing now, select a major:
